Oils on Tour - February '17

Oils On Tour takes on new territories and communities this month. I am collaborating with two events in Amsterdam during the next full moon.

Also from 14th I will be in London popping up at venues with an entourage of 54 personalities.

Sound Healing with Aromatherapy

Full Moon + Yin Yoga + Sound Healing + Cacao Ceremony + Aroma massage. I will be sending aromas to this event in East Amsterdam.

This time I'm using the power of aromatherapy to enforce the greetings 'Merry Christmas' and 'Happy New Year'

Coming with me this time are;

Spice Is Nice.

The 2nd body oil from my Autumn/Winter collection. This oil I will be taking everywhere I go. As in... in my pocket! It's the joys of the season translated into a body oil. I've concocted it to instill festive cheer and comfort whether indoors or out.

Pivoted by sandalwood and dappled with warming spices... This is the body oil that accompanies your mistletoe moments and festive get-togethers. It's great rubbed into - hands/ wrists/ neck and the chest.

If you see me -say something festive and expect some aromatherapy.

Herb & Citrus = Health and Happiness

Two families that come together wonderfully to produce classic blends: Lamiaceae and Rutaceae.

The new years wish is always 'health and happiness' and this combination channels that. The sweetness of citrus instantly instills joy. In addition, each herb oil and has it's benefits and I have devised activities and treatments to help you explore them.

For the pre-blend;

Lemon oil and thyme oil.

Why?

I feel this is the most powerful combination. It has 'live long and prosper' connotations. Thyme boosts immune function in the body. The Romans use to bathe in this before battle to give them extra strength. Lemon oil reduces blood viscosity and breaks down stickiness in the arteries caused by high cholesterol. It's also known for raising our vibrations and guiding our decision making. This really sets the tone for new year especially as part of a massage treatment.

I will be doing massages and aroma-anointings 4th - 8th of January @ Tension Tamer studio at De Nieuwe Yogaschool.
