Events and Workplace Visits

I have a wealth of experience taking my services to all sorts of environments, individuals, businesses and events. It is something that I continue to do. Diversity and stepping out of the clinic/ treatment room over the years has made be stronger and more capable as a therapist and I channel my creative side to bring you memorable experiences as well as my skills and knowledge.

If you have an event or occasion coming up and would like to make it special and unique. Then feel free to get in touch, let me know your budget and I can make some suggestions. For any all day event a 'day hire' may be appropriate. I have contacts, sensorial delights, natural products and ideas to bring the wow factor.

If you feel your workforce can do with sessions to counteract the negative side effects of sitting at a computer - I have devised short effective sessions that focus soley on that. Even if you feel that your workforce / team have achieved their targets or deadlines, then massages are a way to give kick-backs- or even a great carrot to dangle to encourage everyone to put the effort in!

I will use my experience to work out practical ways to bring well-being to your work environment. Whether being paid by the company or by each individual (or both) I can work out a tailored package to suit everyone.

All events are considered and personalised to fit the circumstances, recipients, audience and environment.  So feel free to email me and let me know what we should arrange.

'William came up to our training academy in November '04. The training was aimed at out assistants, as we wanted them to improve our Cheynes head massage that was already in place but we felt it needed to be improved and updated.

William was the kind of person we felt could relate to our younger assistants, and give them a better understanding of the importance of good massage.
The first part of the session, was William demonstrating massage and giving a lot of information on pressure points etc: he is a very gentle, and a very cool guy, he had our assistants mesmerised!

The second session was hands-on, which worked extremely well, it was a lot of fun; and William guided our team on what worked and didn't. The first day was very informative, motivational and fun.

The next day William spent in each of our six salons. He coached our assistants on real clients, and taught us how we could incorporate the techniques, into a busy appointment system.

We thoroughly enjoyed having William in our salons, and feel he has enhanced our client service, and shown us new ideas on head massage. The message that we wanted to deliver loud and clear was, enhancing our client visit, and to make it relaxing and de-stressing as possible.

I will be organising a follow-up session very soon'

'I have had the pleasure of working with William twice in 2005, first on a concert I organised at the Royal Albert Hall to raise desperately needed funds for refugees in Darfur, Sudan, and most recently in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka, as part of the international emergency relief operation following December's ‘05 tsunami. I was then working for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as Head of Office in Batticaloa, perhaps the worst affected part of Sri Lanka. When I arrived in Sri Lanka it fast became apparent that most of the aid workers were not only traumatised but also physically and emotionally exhausted, and yet there was no time or way of properly re-charging the batteries. William, having  provided massage treatment to some of the stars at the "Refugee  Voices for Darfur Concert", jumped at the opportunity to spend four  months in Sri Lanka independently providing a variety of treatments  to an unusual group of people... aid workers.

During his time in Sri Lanka, I can honestly say that Mr. Ogboke raised the general quality of life for those aid workers amongst his clients. Staff from the United Nations, the Sri Lankan Monitoring Mission (SLMM) and several prominent charities including World Vision, Oxfam, ACF and CARE became regular clients and have all told me what a difference William's arrival made. Not only had William single-handedly set-up and run a successful business in Sri Lanka but he also took time, under my supervision, to assist UNHCR return tsunami survivors to their homes. It was at this time I saw, first hand, his "bed-side" manner. His presence and contact with these extremely down-trodden people was impressive to me but more importantly, reassuring to everyone who was striving to assist.  This very positive trait will of course be applicable no-matter what he does'
